On November 20, under the dome of the Institut de France, Redouane Borsali, director of PolyNat Carnot Institute, and Wen-Chang Chen, Distinguished Professor at the National Taiwan University, received the Franco-Taiwanese prize for their joint work.
This prize for a Franco-Taiwanese collaboration for its scientific contribution to both countries, is awarded jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Taiwan (MOST) and the Academy of Sciences.
Their work was focused on transistor memory devices, through the design of nanostructured films based biosourced co-polymers, and have led to several scientific publications.
